Ordering with us. How does it work?
Apply for a trade account
The form for this application can be found in the top menu header 'APPLY FOR A TRADE ACCOUNT'. Please note this website is strictly for wholesale trade customers only, until you have a trade account you will have limited access to our website and our products.
Await approval
Once you apply for a trade account it will be sent to us for reviewing. We will check the details you have provided us to confirm you are a trader (we may even call you). Any applications found to be not belonging to a trade customer will be deleted upon review.
Start browsing
Once approved you will gain full access to our website, allowing you to browse products, see prices and place orders.
Place an order
Add all of the item(s) you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. There are two methods of payment to choose from, both indicating the follow up steps. Once placed your order will be sent to us for reviewing, double checking we have your item(s) in stock and finding you the best postage price for delivery (if applicable).
Make Payment
At checkout, if you chose to collect your order then please get in contact with us to arrange payment and collection.
If you chose to pay by BACS, an invoice of payment will directly be sent to you (via email address given at trade sign up) confirming your order and postage price. Instructions of payment will be given on both email and invoice.
Order dispatched
Once payment has been received we will despatch your order within 1 working day. Full tracking information will be provided to you upon dispatch.
